- Our online change facilitation training helps develop the skills needed to facilitate individual and collective transformations, and to encourage everyone to participate and collaborate in support of change.
Training objectives
In this training course, you will learn how to :
- Encourage operational staff to take the initiative, close to the field
- Question your limiting beliefs to escape stress and conflict.
- Develop the 3 qualities necessary for constructive feedback: kindness, courage, and agility.
- Receive feedback and turn it into an opportunity for change for everyone.
- Identify individual and collective reasons to resist change.
- Welcome with kindness and manage individual resistance to change.
