Training objectives

  • Manage conflicts efficiently by understanding its 5 stages: disagreement, interpretation, tension, blockade, and resolution.
  • Maintain respectful communication despite disagreements.
  • Avoid misinterpretations by asking clear questions.
  • Avoid a blockade by allowing the expression of needs and feelings.
  • Recognize the aspect(s) within us that contribute to and fuel the conflict.
  • Find a conflict resolution that restores a positive long-term relationship.
