In this training course, you will learn how to :
- Manage conflicts efficiently by understanding its 5 stages: disagreement, interpretation, tension, blockade, and resolution.
- Maintain respectful communication despite disagreements.
- Avoid misinterpretations by asking clear questions.
- Avoid a blockade by allowing the expression of needs and feelings.
- Recognize the aspect(s) within us that contribute to and fuel the conflict.
- Find a conflict resolution that restores a positive long-term relationship.
