- An online training course to learn how to ask for (and receive) and learn how to negotiate based on global interests. Demonstrate assertiveness and develop a spirit of repartee so that every collaboration is a win-win situation.
Training objectives
In this training course, you will learn how to :
- Clarify and articulate your requests constructively without self-censorship.
- Express requests with strong arguments while being prepared for negotiation (towards different options) and, ultimately, letting go.
- Establish a win-win communication by identifying and understanding the four "life positions."
- Navigate effectively through conflicts and negotiations by recognizing the 5 attitudes of Thomas & Kilmann.
- Address objections and attacks smartly using Acknowledgement and counter-questions.
