  • Manage work overload to avoid burnout.
  • Dare to say no to others' requests to first focus on your objectives.
  • Simplify tasks that seem daunting rather than making a mountain out of them.
  • Team up and ask for help if necessary.
  • Be pragmatic and don't seek perfection at all costs.
