Training objectives
In this training course, you will learn how to :
- Draw inspiration from Maslow's hierarchy of needs to contribute to individual and collective fulfillment.
- Give and receive signs of recognition at work.
- Differentiate the responsibilities of the organization and those of the individual in the quest for well-being at work.
- Rediscover a relationship with time centred on oneself and not on "obligations"
- Release accumulated tensions in the body to regain positive energy.
- Discern when and how to let go by prioritizing happiness and well-being.
