Training objectives

In this training course, you will learn how to :
  • Formulate SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Accepted, Realistic, Time-bound).
  • Negotiate goals with your manager and colleagues: provide room for choice and action.
  • Ensure that your goals align with your personal and professional priorities.
  • Measure the progress of your goals using concrete and/or numerical indicators such as KPIs - Key Performance Indicators.
  • Set deadlines for achieving your goals and establish intermediate milestones.
  • Address obstacles that might hinder the achievement of your goals and prepare strategies to cope with them.
