  • Listen to others without justifying, then rephrase and ask questions.
  • Explore specific facts and observable behaviors.
  • Constructively rephrase others' opinions.
  • Decide how to solve the problem together or unilaterally.
  • Use the KSS method to ask others for their feedback.
