Training objectives
In this training course, you will learn how to :
- Recognize that a problem exists even if it doesn't directly impact you.
- Find unilateral solutions when facing an interlocutor who doesn't recognize the problem.
- Identify the obstacles and fears of the stakeholders.
- Find unilateral solutions when one of the parties lacks the desire or capability to do so.
- Explore creative alternatives to resolve the conflict.
- Practice letting go in order to find compromise solutions.
- Decide between resorting to a third party, separation, or a unilateral solution.
