- Identify the reasons fueling the disagreement and define a more important common goal.
- Manage conflicts effectively by understanding its 5 stages: disagreement, interpretation, tension, deadlock, and resolution.
- Differentiate and neutralize the factors inflating the conflict (escalation and avoidance).
