Training objectives

In this training course, you will learn how to :
  • Establish an equal relationship for win-win communication that preserves everyone's interests.
  • Assert yourself healthily without falling into instinctive attitudes of escape, aggression, or manipulation.
  • Clarify your desires first and then clarify your requests before addressing them.
  • Formulate your requests clearly, directly, and without manipulation, being well-prepared for negotiation.
  • Set boundaries and say no in a factual, clear, and poised manner.
