What follow-up is available after an Adaptive module?
Group reports help identify what the group has learned and where it needs more work.
Monitor participation
See which modules have been taken and their completion rates. For content deployed in your LMS, the information available (time spent, completion, scores) depends on the format delivered and the data reported by your platform.
Better understand needs
Group reports compare the self-assessment answers with the choices made in the practice scenarios, to guide the next steps in training. They are included, and presented in an easy-to-read format on the Afthonios platform. In your LMS, a report is always available, but its level of detail depends on your LMS and the SCORM version chosen (1.2 or 2004).
Support putting it into practice
Depending on the chosen integration, your organization can add follow-up emails the next day and 30 days later to take the learning further, and let learners involve their manager in the commitment they chose, to support putting it into practice over time.

Frequently asked questions
How much time should we plan for each module?
~10 min for the training video, and ~20 min for the Adaptive module.
These durations do not include bonus practice scenarios or optional further reading.
Do learners have to complete all 18 practice scenarios?
No. The Adaptive module offers two initial practice scenarios, selected based on the self-assessment.
Learners can then keep practicing as much as they like, up to 18 scenarios in total.
Can a learner’s manager see their answers?
No. The module does not share self-assessment answers or choices made in the practice scenarios with the manager.
Reports for the L&D manager depend on your setup (the Afthonios platform or your LMS) and are agreed with you. Only the commitment can be shared with the manager, if the learner chooses to.
Can we use the modules in our LMS?
Yes. The training video and the Adaptive module can be integrated into your environment, depending on the delivery format you choose. The Adaptive module can be delivered as SCORM for your LMS.
