What your license includes

Your choice: access to the Afthonios platform or delivery of SCORM files for your LMS.
The selected content, usable for one year by the people covered, in your internal training.
French and English versions.
Updates for the duration of the license.
The group report: presented on the Afthonios platform; in your LMS, more or less detailed depending on your LMS and the SCORM version chosen (1.2 or 2004).
Support in choosing the content and getting started, within the scope set out in your proposal.

Helping learners apply what they learn – optional

With the Follow-up and reporting add-on, and depending on the chosen integration, you can add follow-up emails the next day and 30 days later, involve the manager in following up on the commitment (with the learner’s consent), and enrich the group report with this feedback. This add-on is not available with a SCORM package alone.

Your questions about pricing and licenses

How do we determine the number of people covered?

Count the people who will have access to the modules, not your organization’s total headcount.

For example, 300 managers to train in a company of 3,000 people fall under the “up to 500 people” tier. If audiences vary by module, we define the scope together.

Can we choose modules from several themes?

Yes, you can build your selection freely from the whole catalog.

Recommended learning paths are starting points, not fixed packs. We can help you choose.

Can we start with fewer than five modules?

Yes, on quote: the price list starts at five modules, but a smaller selection is considered case by case.

Can we add modules or people during the year?

Yes. Additions are invoiced pro rata for the remaining term, so that you keep a single end date.

If the number of people exceeds your tier, you move to the next tier under the same rule.

What happens at the end of the license?

Without renewal, usage rights end, including for files already delivered.

A SCORM file left in your LMS does not extend these rights. Renewal terms are set out in your contract.

Are updates included?

Yes, for the whole duration of the annual license.

On the Afthonios platform, updates are automatic. For your LMS, we send you the SCORM files of updated modules every quarter, with a list of changes; an important fix is sent right away. With long-term usage rights, future updates are offered as an option.
