Better decisions: Catch the bias before it decides for you

AI visual

Who made your last decision: you, or one of your brain’s silent shortcuts?

Being too optimistic about deadlines, seeing only what proves us right, sticking with an outdated tool: these reflexes trip us up in quiet but costly ways. This module teaches you to recognize the five most common ones and counter them with simple techniques, including with an AI trained to please you, which you will turn into a valuable critic.

  3. Apply the technique for each bias, from the premortem to the question “What if we started from zero today?”.
  4. Develop a stance of openness to disagreement, and use AI to challenge your decisions rather than confirm them.
