Same voices in every meeting: From diversity to inclusion

AI visual

The same voices in every meeting, despite varied profiles: what if your whole team joined in?

Hiring people with different career paths isn’t enough: a team can be rich in differences and still work as if they didn’t exist. This module teaches you to look at what really happens around the table—who speaks up, who stays silent—and to make inclusion a shared, everyday act.

~20 min at your own paceKey skill: Inclusion at WorkAvailable in FR + ENNo prerequisites

What you’ll take away

  • the difference between diversity (who is in the room) and inclusion (who dares to join in)
  • a map of invisible diversity: career paths, experiences, and ways of thinking already present
  • the four feelings that get people involved: welcomed, like they belong, valued, connected

Who it’s for

Managers and team members from diverse backgrounds who want every point of view to count in decisions.

Learning objectives

  1. Distinguish diversity (who is present) from inclusion (the chance for everyone to truly contribute).
  2. Identify a team’s invisible diversity (career paths, experiences, ways of thinking), often the most useful.
  3. Recognize the four feelings of inclusion: feeling welcomed, feeling you belong, valued, and connected to others.
  4. Bring inclusion to life every day through concrete acts that are up to each person, beyond the legal framework.
