Stay the author of your work when AI writes

AI visual

With the same tools and prompts, everyone produces the same thing: what makes you different matters again.

Guided well, AI can carry your mark: fed with your context and your convictions, it produces a result no one else would get. This module shows you how to set up this way of working, based on your own judgment, angle, and voice. It also shows you how to notice in time when the machine starts thinking for you.

What you’ll take away

  • the three signals to watch so you stay in charge of what you deliver
  • a simple compass to see where you add value when AI gives you the average
  • the right to keep automation away from the tasks where your style matters most

Who it’s for

Anyone who wants to stay the author of what they produce with AI, and managers who make sure their team does too.

Learning objectives

  1. Understand how delegating to AI turns work into a supervision loop and standardizes output.
  2. Recognize the three signals of the shift from author to supervisor in your own relationship to work.
  3. Stay the author by applying distance from the average: decide what not to delegate and rewrite in your own voice.
  4. Protect your team’s authorship as a manager: useful tasks, a measure of distinctiveness, and the transparency required by the AI Act.
