Three team skills that outlast every new AI tool

AI visual

Each wave of technology arrives before the last has been absorbed: that is now how teams normally work.

At this pace, chasing every tool is exhausting and teaches nothing that lasts. This module offers you something else to rely on: helping your team members build reflexes that outlast each new version, from continuous exploration of tools to the added value only people bring and team decisions about what the machine will not do.

~20 min at your own paceKey skill: Supporting AI AdoptionAvailable in FR + ENNo prerequisites

What you’ll take away

  • the three team skills to cultivate, whatever the next version of the tools brings
  • the curator role: recommending the right micro-learning formats to your team weekly
  • the three quarterly meeting questions: what goes to AI, stays human, or needs exploring

Who it’s for

Managers who want every member of their team to progress with AI, and the team as a whole to choose what it keeps human.

Learning objectives

  1. Understand what the AI Act has required of teams since 2025: transparency, data protection, and responsible use.
  2. Cultivate continuous adaptation to tools: daily use, exploration of advanced features, and creation of your own agents.
  3. Keep the human in the loop by contributing your added value before, during, and after every AI output.
  4. Facilitate the team’s shared judgment about delegation: what goes to AI, what stays human, and the gray area to explore.
